Romy Schneider plays as Rosalie, a stunning young woman who falls in love with successful businessman Cesar in Claude Sautet's romantic drama. David, Rosalie's former flame, arrives one day and makes an attempt to reclaim her. Cesar reacts with a level of jealousy that Rosalie has never witnessed before, and she returns to David as a result.
