Mary Henry is the solitary survivor of a catastrophic vehicle accident after a series of inexplicable events transpires in her favor. In an attempt to put the tragedy behind her, she relocates to Utah and accepts a position as a church organist there. Her new beginning, however, is sabotaged by visions of a nefarious figure. Increasingly frequent visions lead Mary to the abandoned carnival on the outskirts of town, where she finds herself attracted to the characters that work there. It's possible that the strangely enticing carnival holds the key to her tragic history.
