Jean and Sara have been cohabiting for ten years. When they first met, Sara was living with Jean's best friend and former professional rugby fan, Francois. Jean and Sara have mutual affection. Sara encounters Francois one day on the street. He does not notice her, but she is overcome with the feeling that her life could alter abruptly. Francois regains contact with Jean.
