When a college student sees her roommate's apparent death, it starts off a chain of horrifying incidents that leads her to believe she is being stalked by a supernatural entity. Her efforts to persuade the rest of her dorm that the Boogeyman actually exist only serve to bolster the evil force's might, with the result that her pals begin to suffer as a result. She must now put a stop to this ultimate evil before the entire school falls victim to it.
