People in the Harbor City call WU Ying-xiong, an officer in the Southern Precinct, a hero. He stopped the terrorists on a Boeing 777 plane and kept the city safe, so people call him a hero. Unfortunately, the peace is only for a short time. Panic spreads through the whole city as a series of bombs go off in a matter of hours. This is just the start of a tight-knit conspiracy. The two-man team of completely different personalities is the only way to get things back to normal. That being said, what faith should they have in order to keep the so-called justice going?
