Bedazzled
Stanley has a crush on Margaret, a statuesque waitress who works with him. He meets George Spiggott, also known as the devil, and sells his soul for seven wishes, which Stanley uses to try to make Margaret his own, first as an intellectual, then as a rock star, and finally as a wealthy industrialist. As each one fails, he realizes how empty his life has been and how much more he has to live for.
