On the shore of a fishing community, Pocho Martin's body is found. Pocho has been assassinated, according to Ramiro, who informs Commissioner Carlos of the crime. In the meantime, Silvia is worried about her upcoming wedding to Andy. Oscar tells Carlos about the wicked sirens of Deer Island, who lure sailors to their deaths. A tavern/brothel along the seashore welcomes Ramiro and Carlos. Pocho's murder remains unsolved, but Carlos and Lila are old friends.
