Azura, the last of a ferocious warrior species known as the Sarnians, lives in the shadows of Draiga, a mining colony under the control of the Visray Empire. The gladiatorial ring becomes Azura's only means of survival after she witnesses her once beautiful home world deteriorate into an unrecognizable shell. A gang of human freedom warriors forms a resistance in order to attempt and protect their family from the tyrannical and cruel reign of Visray Section Commander Sorrentine, who has taken over the city. Azura has no idea that she is about to place the fate of all humanity on Draiga in her own hands, which she is completely unaware of. She'll be able to make it through the winter if she's lucky enough.
