Babes in Toyland

Ollie Dee and Stanley Dum try to borrow money from their boss, the toymaker, in order to pay off the mortgage on Mother Peep's shoe and save it and Little Bo Peep from the evil Barnaby. When that fails, they deceive Barnaby into marrying Stanley Dum rather than Bo Peep. Barnaby, enraged, summons the bogeymen from their caverns and orders their destruction of Toyland.
