After his own child was killed in Panama in 1994, previous CIA agent Calvin Dexter became an exclusive 'professional' in cases which would not reach justice trough the regular legal channels. Two years later he accepts to discover Richard 'Ricky' Edmunds for his pa, influential rich entrepreneur Stephen Edmonds. Ricky for a private Canadian war victims charity in Bosnia and went missing.
