An Innocent Man
Jimmie Rainwood was doing his own business when two dishonest police officers broke into his home, believing they were in the presence of a major drug dealer. They had the wrong location and thought they were in the presence of a prominent drug dealer. Rainwood is shot, and the officers accuse him of being a drug dealer in order to frame him. Rainwood is found guilty of narcotics trafficking on the basis of fabricated evidence provided by a police informant. Having been imprisoned in a squalid prison, battling to prove his innocence is difficult when he has to face with the realities of prison life, where everyone believes they have been framed.
