When six friends fly away for a weekend getaway and are forced to land on a remote island due to engine trouble. They're looking for shelter when they come across Ma and Pa and their children - an eccentric family living in the island's backwoods. But what starts out as simple hospitality quickly turns into a terrifying race for survival as the friends begin to vanish one by one... and turn up dead.
