A Chinese Tall Story
A demonic tree kidnaps the young monk Taka and his three pupils and holds them for ransom. Because to the magic stick of the Monkey King, Taka was able to get away, and he made the decision to go and rescue his friends. Along the way, he meets a peculiar ally by the name of Meiyan, a young woman who is composed of equal parts human and monster. As Taka and his new friend embark on a spectacular journey, they will have to contend with a great deal of adversity and conflict, and the outcome of their journey could very well determine the destiny of humanity and the entire universe...
