Tommy, Jimmy, Kevin, and Sean Donnelly are the four brothers of the Donnelly family. These four Irish brothers would go to any length to defend one another, even if it meant lying, cheating, stealing, or even calling the police on occasion. There is nothing that they would not do to keep one other safe. This gritty series is narrated by a want tobe gangster named Joey "Ice Cream," and it bears witness to the sudden involvement of the Donnelly brothers in organized crime. The series focuses on how they transition from being boys into mobsters, and it also shows how their new life affects their relationships with friends, family, and lovers.
