State of Georgia is a situation comedy on American television. Raven-Symoné, Majandra Delfino, and Loretta Devine star. Raven-Symoné plays as Georgia, an aspiring actress with a larger-than-life personality, and her scientific nerd best friend, Jo, as they struggle to make professional and personal gains in New York City. From June 29 until August 17, 2011, the show aired on ABC Family. The pilot episode had 1.32 million viewers. Due to low ratings, ABC Family canceled State of Georgia on September 16, 2011.
