The first season of the show ran from February 6, 2012, to May 14, 2012. It started its second and last season on February 5, 2013, and it ended on May 26, 2013. In March 2013, NBC announced a change to their schedule. On April 6, 2013, the show moved to Saturdays. The last episode of the show aired on May 10, 2013. Josh Safran, who is in charge of the second and final season and runs the show, said that the last episode of the second season could be used as the series finale if the show is not renewed. The series, especially the first episode, did well with critics. The first season was nominated for 4 Primetime Emmy Awards, and one of them was for Outstanding Choreography. The show was also up for a Grammy Award for Best Song Written for Visual Media and a Golden Globe Award for Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy.
