Pizza
Pizza was an Australian television programme broadcast on SBS. Fat Pizza, a spin-off feature film, was produced in2003, and a best-of highlights video/DVD was published in2004. It includes previously undisclosed footage and a schoolies exposé. A theatre production called "Fat Pizza," starring various characters from the show, has also toured Australia's east coast. Pizza's dark comedy is informed by sardonic and self-aware references to ethnicity and stereotypes, automobiles, sex, illegal narcotics, and violence. Many Australian celebrities, including actors, comedians, professional athletes, and other public figures, have appeared in cameo appearances on the television show.
