Mummies Alive!
Mummies Alive! is a DIC Entertainment cartoon. 1997 was its only season. In ancient Egypt, Scarab kills Prince Rapses to become immortal. Scarab, who was entombed alive for his crime, awakens in the present world and searches for Rapses' reincarnation, Presley Carnovan, so he can become immortal. Rapses' guardians Ja-Kal, Rath, Armon, and Nefer-Tina awake from the dead to protect him from Scarab. They transform using Ra's power. Each mummy embodies an Egyptian divinity. Ja-Kal utilizes falcon, Rath uses snake, Armon uses ram, and Nefer-Tina uses cat. They may summon magical armor and powers to confront superhuman villains. Once fatigued, they must rest in their sarcophagi to regain strength. Mummies metamorphose by shouting "With the Strength of Ra!" Mummies can make a terrifying visage to scare away curious onlookers.
