Lovers
Lovers is a South Korean television series that stars Kim Jung-eun and Lee Seo-jin about a plastic surgeon and a mobster who fall in love despite their differences. It aired on SBS for 20 episodes on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 21:55 from November 8, 2006 to January 11, 2007. It is the third and final episode of writer Kim Eun-sook and director Shin Woo-"Lovers" chul's trilogy. Lovers was shot on location in China's Hainan Island, unlike earlier chapters Lovers in Paris and Lovers in Prague, which were partly shot in Europe. Lovers is based on Lee Man-stage hee's drama Turn Around and Leave, which inspired Jeon Do-yeon and Park Shin-1998 yang's blockbuster film A Promise.
