The adventures of a pair of identical twins Both Maddie, an outstanding student and a basketball phenomenon who is recovering from an injured knee, and Liv, a former television star back home in Wisconsin who is in the process of adding movie star to her credits and who is also beginning to focus on her music career. Maddie is also recovering from a knee injury. Despite their drastically different personalities, the twins share an unshakable friendship, which serves as the primary focus of the story. Their teenage life are made more difficult by the fact that both of their parents work at their high school and that their younger brothers are constantly getting into mischief.
