Little Princess

Little Princess is an animated show for kids that airs on TV. It was directed by Edward Foster and first aired in the UK in 2006. It is still being shown there as part of Milkshake! on Channel 5 and as Y Dywysoges Fach on S4C's children's programming block Cyw. In English, Julian Clary tells the stories and also gives the cat Puss a voice. The Little Princess's voice is done by Jane Horrocks. The series is based on the original books by Tony Ross. It follows the success of Ross's 1986 book "I Want My Potty," which was also made into a 5-minute short film. Great Uncle Walter is voiced by Brian Blessed, and Colin McFarlane is the General, Prime Minister, Gardener, and Chef.
