Inuyashiki: Last Hero
Ichirou Inuyashiki is having a rough time of it. However, the world around him dismisses him as an old fool, despite his steadfast support of his family and the fact that he is still young at 58 years old. To make matters worse, a cancer diagnosis from his doctor indicates that he may not have long to live. Things get much worse as a dazzling light from the night sky falls on Ichirou's head as he stands there. He wakes up later to find that he hasn't been injured, but he soon begins to notice that he has a new personality. What Ichirou needs is a fresh start, and it appears that nothing will stand in his way of becoming a hero deserving of the recognition he never received before thanks to these weird, new changes... Unless, of course, there were other people with the same modifications...
