Backstrom
Detective Lieutenant Everett Backstrom is a man who does not exercise discretion in his speech. He was sent to the traffic division for inflammatory behavior for a period of five years, and now he has returned from disgrace to oversee Portland's newly established special crimes unit. He is tasked with navigating the city's most sensitive and critical situations, and he must solve each crime while also attempting to reform his own destructive behavior.
