Will Freeman has it made as the perfect man-child. He was given a life of free time, free love, and financial independence after writing a hit song. He's single, unemployed, and loving it. So imagine his astonishment when Fiona, a needy single mother, and her curiously charming 11-year-old son, Marcus, come in next door and upset his idyllic life. Will isn't sure about being a kid's new best friend when Marcus starts dropping by his house unannounced, until he realizes that ladies find single dads irresistible.
