Viking Legacy
There were seven sacred scrolls that were thought to bestow power and prosperity on those who possessed them in ancient times. A child born of pure Royal blood would one day wield power and rule over the nations, according to prophecy. As men fought for the scrolls, Europe was pushed to the brink of war. To keep the peace, a Celtic King, the father of a pure blood child, obtained the scrolls and gave them to the Christian Council for safekeeping. As word of the King's actions spread, a warlord hell-bent on finding the scrolls assassinated him in cold blood.
