Kahn is a heavyweight kickboxing champion who frequently kills his opponents in front of a running camera in order to sell the videotape of the fight. His brother was killed by Jake, and now Jake is vengeful for what he saw him do to his sibling. In order to do so, he asks Phang, the only person who has had Khan on his back, to train him until he is a match for him.
