Chung, the delivery boy, delivers a package to a nearby martial arts academy. Punching the bag and throwing the instructor out for his money, he proves that he, too, is training in Kung Fu. Chung is a victim of circumstance beyond his control. His father often tells him to put forth the effort. When Chien-Pe, the leader of a disability-based crime syndicate, interrupts him one day, he responds with a defiant retort. Chung gets into a confrontation with them and ends up getting fired from his work for his actions. Tai Chung, Chien's supervisor, is the one who gets Chung for Chien.
