The Brigand of Kandahar

During British rule of India in the year 1880. Discharged: Robert Case is an unfairly discharged British Army Lieutenant. Bengali tribal leaders enlist him to fight against the British forces in a rebellion. They detain a foreign journalist, Case, who tells how his superiors' intolerance and racism led to him being falsely accused of a fabricated crime. After a British onslaught on the rebels is successful, Case is mercilessly executed by Colonel Drewe, his accuser. Case was a prisoner of war. There are no doubts in his mind about reporting the truth about The Brigand of Kandahar when he comes home.
