Nico Palmieri is a police inspector who combats a criminal organization terrorizing a tranquil Italian village and extorting money from the local shopkeepers. No one dares to act under the threat of violence, with the exception of a restaurant owner who is compelled by Palmieri to reveal the truth. Thus, the little daughter of the owner is raped, and the brutality continues. After discovering that the gang is affiliated with drug dealers, Palmieri's boss forbids him to continue investigating the case, so he takes matters into his own hands. Palmieri enlists a few men who have been victimized by the gang and embarks on a mission of vengeance.
