The Bedroom Window
There is a relationship between Terry Lambert and his boss's wife, Sylvia. Sylvia is in Terry's apartment one night and witnesses a man assaulting a young woman, Denise, on the street below. Since she doesn't want to make her relationship with Terry public knowledge, she remains silent. But Terry decides to help by stepping up and offering his assistance. However, when his falsehoods are exposed, the police begin to mistrust his motives.
