When Kirk Edwards, an independently rich businessman, employs Harry Dawes to create and direct a film, it gives the former filmmaker a fresh start. They travel to Madrid in order to track down Maria Vargas, a dancer who will appear in the film. Marisa is taken away from Kirk by millionaire Alberto Bravano.
