The Adventure of Denchu-Kozo
As a result of his unusual physical feature—an electricity pole sprouting out of his back—Hikari is ridiculed and teased by the other boys at school. In the end, he is saved by a female classmate named Momo. The time machine Hikari gives her as a gift is a token of his gratitude to her. Later, he uses the time machine to take him to a bleak future 25 years in the future. During his travels, he meets members of the Shinsengumi Vampire Gang, who are searching for Dr. Sariba, Momo's future self. To Hikari, she says that she has been anticipating his return from the past and that he is the only one who can save the world.
