Something strange has descended upon the country. The kingdom is decaying. People are starting to act strangely... What's more weird is that people are starting to see dragons, which should not be in the human realm. Ged, a travelling magician, is exploring the reason of all these strange occurrences. During his travels, he meets Prince Arren, a young disturbed adolescent lad. While Arren appears to be a meek little boy, he possesses a serious dark side that offers him strength, wrath, brutality, and has no mercy, especially when it comes to protecting Teru. This is an excellent opportunity for the witch Kumo. She can exploit the boy's "fears" against the very person who can heal him, Ged.
