Stray Dogs
A father and his two children explore the outskirts of modern-day Taipei, from the woods and rivers of the outskirts to the rain-splattered streets of the city. By day, the father earns a pittance as a human billboard for luxury apartments, while his young son and daughter roam supermarkets and shopping malls, surviving on free food samples. Every night, the family seeks refuge in an abandoned structure. A hypnotic mural on the wall of this makeshift home has an odd effect on the father. On the day of the father's birthday, the family is joined by a woman; could she be the key to unlocking the buried emotions that linger from the past?
