St. Elmo's Fire
Alec, Billy, Jules, Kevin, Kirby, Leslie, and Wendy, seven college buddies, are attempting to navigate life and their friendships after graduation. Alec, who desires to be a politician, has recently revealed his true colors by switching from Democrat to Republican, shocking his love Leslie, whom he wishes to marry. Leslie, on the other hand, is a self-starter. She believes that she needs to establish a name for herself in order to discover who she is before she can genuinely commit to another person in marriage. Leslie and Alec, on the other hand, have agreed to share a home. Leslie believes his behavior is justified because he refuses to marry Alec. Kirby, who aspires to be a lawyer and supports himself by working as a server at St. Elmo's Bar, and failing writer Kevin are presently roommates. They are at polar opposites in terms of romance.
