Jenna Hudson and Kevin Jenner, both from New York, work for the same web publication. They volunteer for a special writing assignment because they have no plans for Christmas. After a snowstorm causes their jet to land in Santa Claus, Indiana, the two are put in a Christmas Wonderland and their plot revolves around saving Carol and Christopher Winters' old town inn. They rediscover the magic of Christmas as they work through their conflicts. The inn's fate in risk and a former guest returning, Carol and Christopher assist Jenna and Kevin reconnect.
