Scottish Mussel
Ritchie is a Glaswegian chancer with poor expectations and no future. Having grown tired of city life, he goes undercover as a pearl fisherman at a Highland conservation center with the help of his two hapless and accident-prone friends, Danny and Fraser, in order to make his fortune. He meets Beth, an English naturalist who is dedicated to rescuing endangered mussels from the clutches of pearl thieves in Scotland's Highlands. Ritchie, who is smitten with Beth from the start, faces competition from Highland Ranger Ethan, an American Adonis sure that Beth would succumb to his seductions no matter how hard she tries.
