Lord Wingate, acquitted of fraud, opens a 'finishing school' to educate girls how to scam affluent men for a cut. He hires Rose Alba's Duchess of Burwood as a teacher and Nosher Powell's Cockney Geezer Hector as a fitness instructor. A probation officer friend brings students from Holloway prison in an ancient minibus. Suspicious neighbors, police, and newspaper accounts naming prison females in high society lead to a raid and court appearance for Lord Wingate. The judge sentences him but plans to open his own'sex school'
