This actioner takes place in a remote, heavily forested area of Northern California, where marijuana growers raise their illegal crops and use terrorist tactics and wealth to run entire communities. The plot revolves around the efforts of a fearless New York cop to liberate one such community from the tyranny of the marijuana growers. It all starts with a surveyor taking the town's dishonest sheriff to a small marijuana field he recently discovered. The surveyor is assassinated before he can arrive. Joshua, a young boy, witnesses the execution and rushes home to inform his parents. Unfortunately, his family is murdered and he is thrown off a cliff by the killers. Concerned about not hearing from her family, the boy's aunt hires an old flame, NY cop Joe Dillon, to investigate. The sheriff of the town is not pleased with his intrusion and warns him to stay out of it. Dillon disobeys, and this is where the action begins.
