During the year2116, the Japanese government begins exporting the Sibyl System, an unmanned drone robot system, to unstable countries. When civil conflict rages in SEAUn (the South East Asia Union), the Sibyl System is introduced as an experiment. With the new mechanism in place, Shambala Float, a seaside town, may now live in safety for the time being. Terrorists are sent to Japan by the South East Asian Unity (SEAUn). Having slipped through the Sibyl System undetected, they attack from the inside. As a result of this tragedy, one man's shadow is cast over it. To find out what's going on, Tsunemori, the chief of police, heads to Shambala Float. It won't be long before the reality of justice on this new terrain is revealed.
