The Right to Obtain a Business License Shane Douglas injures and murders a wrestler in the ring by mistake. Angus, the wrestler's brother, seeks vengeance by selling his soul to an old demon in order to earn the ability to raise the undead from the dead. Angus then arranges for a private performance at an abandoned prison in order to lure Douglas and his friend Rowdy Roddy Piper into a death trap, which Angus pays for.
