Darcy has always worked hard to prove herself and be successful on her own terms, even starting her own company rather than working for her father. Darcy returns to her hometown for Christmas and reconnects with an old rival, restaurant owner Luke, and they are forced to plan a charity event together. Darcy begins to realize what is most important in life as she spends time with her family and Luke, and she sets out to repair her relationship with her father and possibly fall in love.
