Operator
An experienced 911 operator and her estranged police officer husband are forced to act out of desperation when their daughter is kidnapped and held hostage. They can do nothing but follow the kidnapper's rules, which include ordering all police and fire units to disperse to various parts of the city where they will encounter chaos. If they don't work together, they will be completely accountable for assisting the largest crime in the city's history, even if they don't know who or why. As the clock ticks down, they must choose between saving their daughter and saving the city.
