Old Fashioned
OLD FASHIONED is a romantic drama about Clay Walsh, a former frat boy who gives up carousing and now runs an antique shop in a small Midwestern college town. There, he is well-known for his lofty and out-of-date theories on love and romance. When Amber Hewson, a free-spirited young woman with a restless soul, moves into the neighborhood and rents the apartment above his shop, she is surprisingly drawn to his noble ideas, which are novel and intriguing to her. And Clay, no matter how hard he tries to fight it or deny it, can't help but be drawn to her spontaneous and passionate embrace of life. Clay must eventually emerge from behind his relational theories, and Amber must overcome her own fears and deep wounds as the two of them attempt the impossible: a "old-fashioned" courtship in contemporary America.
