Move Over, Darling
Nicholas Arden and Ellen Wagstaff Arden have been married for three years and have two babies at home in Los Angeles. They are on a plane that goes down in the South Pacific. Ellen is thought to have died when she was swept off her lifeboat and her body was never found. Most of the passengers survived the accident. Forward five years. Nicky wants to move on with his life, so he has Ellen legally dead. Getting married again to a young woman named Bianca Steele is part of moving on. For their honeymoon, he plans to take them to the same Monterrey resort where he and Ellen spent their honeymoon. Exactly the same day, the Navy brings Ellen to Los Angeles. They took her from a South Pacific island where she had been stuck for five years. She asks the Navy not to make her rescue or tell Nicky about it, because she wants to do both of these things herself.
