It takes a group of creative individuals to devise an ingenious scheme to bring down two major arms manufacturers. Bazil, a lifelong movie buff and employee at a video rental store, has seen his life destroyed by the use of military force. One tragic night, while grieving for his father who was killed by a landmine in Morocco, a stray bullet from a nearby shootout enters his head and threatens to kill him instantly. Bazil, having lost both his job and his home, wanders the streets until he meets Slammer, a pardoned convict, who introduces him to a group of eccentric junkyard dealers, including Calculator, a math expert and statistician, Buster, a record-holder in human cannonball feats, Tiny Pete, an artistic craftsman of automatons, and Elastic Girl, a sassy contortionist. Bazil's newfound family is eager to assist him carry out a complicated revenge plan after he discovers the two weapons manufacturers who built the instruments of his devastation by happenstance.
