Danny is a typical Brooklyn party boy. "Brooklyn Annual Enema Party," one of Brooklyn's greatest celebrations, is coming up this year. When Danny is accosted by a stranger, the night takes a turn for the worst. Drag queen and gay buddies save the day in the end, but not without a price to pay. Danny is still refusing to attend this year's "Brooklyn Annual Enema Party" a year after the horrific incident. In order for Danny to overcome his phobias, his buddies encourage him to get back out into the public eye. Newcomer PuppyPup inspires Danny to give the nightlife in New York City a second look. At first, Danny doesn't know how much danger he and his pals are in until they start disappearing and dying in grisly ways.
