Kyung-chul is a deadly psychopath who kills for joy. He should be avoided at all costs. His victims have ranged from young women all the way down to children, and he has perpetrated diabolical serial killings in such devilish ways that they are impossible to even conceive of. The authorities spent a significant amount of time pursuing him but were ultimately unsuccessful in their efforts to apprehend him. Joo-yeon, the daughter of a former police chief, fell victim to him one day and was discovered dead in a gruesome state. Her fiancé Soo-hyun, who is a top secret agent, makes the decision to search for the killer on his own. He makes a solemn oath to himself that he will do all in his power to exact bloody retribution onto the murderer, even if it means that he must transform into a monster himself in order to punish this horrible and heartless murderer.
