John Cleaver is a dangerous fifteen-year-old who is fully aware of his risk. He has a fascination with serial killers, but he has no desire to become one. To maintain himself "good" and "normal," he follows a strict set of rules in order to protect himself and everyone around him from the terrible impulses that continuously tempt him. In order to stop a true monster from appearing in his town, he must let his dark side out, but without his rules to keep him in check, he may end up becoming much more dangerous than the monster he's attempting to eliminate.
