Heartbeats
Francis is a young gay man and Marie is a young straight woman. The two of them are best friends until the day that the gorgeous Nicolas walks into a Montreal coffee shop. The two friends fall in love with Nicolas at the same time and compete for his love. The conflict comes to a head when the three of them go to Nicolas' mother's vacation home. The frothy comedy is told through stories, scenes from a person's imagination, and confessional monologues.
